Package 1 – HVAC Semi-Annual Preventative Maintenance Service
($149.00 plus $45 for each additional system)

• Clean condenser coil
• Check electrical connections
• Adjust system pressures
• Check for oil and refrigerant leaks
• Test water overflow devices
• Check indoor blower motor operation and belt condition
• Check expansion valve and coil temperature
• Clean evaporator coil
• Clean condensate drain and drain line
• Add algaecide tablets to drain pan

Package 2 – Air Conditioning & Heating Repair Service
($253.00)

• Air conditioner, heater, and thermostat
• Business hours service 7 days a week
• 24 hour emergency service on non-operational equipment
• Semi-annual preventative maintenance (Package 1)
• Mechanical parts and labor included
• Additional air conditioning systems may be added for $165 per system

Package 3 – Appliance Repair Services
($339.00)

• Refrigerator including ice maker, washer & dryer, dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave oven, oven/range, and water heater
• Business hours service 7 days a week
• 24 hour emergency service for refrigerator and water heater
• Parts and labor included (microwave oven and oven/range main computer control board covered for labor only)
• Additional appliances may be added to this agreement and will be price separately

Package 4 – All-In HVAC and Appliance Repair Service
($445.00)

• Package 1 – HVAC Semi-Annual Preventative Maintenance Service
• Package 2 – HVAC Repair Service
• Package 3 – Appliance Repair Services
• Additional air conditioning systems may be added for $165 per system
• Additional appliances may be added to this agreement and will be price separately
